Book a truly unique and innovative birthday party at The 3D Lab™
Celebrate with a hands-on 3D printing experience kids will never forget.
We host parties for up to 18 children (ages 5–14+)
Ages 8+ may bedropped off.
Ages 5–7 require a parent/helper to stay.

Each party includes 1 hour and 45 minutes of private studio time, including time for food and cake.
Every guest has their own creation station with a 3D printer, 3D pen, iPad, and tools.
Guests can print throughout the party, choosing from our huge design catalog.
Optional add-ons like favors and our Lights-Out Party are available.
The guest of honor receives VIP treatment—choosing the studio lighting color and receiving a special bonus print.

Additional workstations: $30 each
(Additional guests, siblings, and participating adults require a workstation)

Party FAQ

Q. How does a party at The 3D Lab™ go?
Each party includes a hands-on intro to 3D printing, followed by about an hour of printing time. While waiting for prints, guests can use 3D pens to create freely.  During the final 30 minutes, guests will move to the party table for food, cake, and celebrating while we clean up the workstations. 

Q. Do parents have to stay at the party?
The party host must remain on-site. Guests ages 8+ may be dropped off. Guests ages 5–7 require an adult helper at their station, which should be noted on party invitations. 

Q. What if we have a family member who wants to sit and print at the party?
Additional guests beyond the first 10 are $30 each and will be charged at the end of the party. Any guest using a printer station counts toward the total.  (This includes grandparents, siblings, etc.) 

Q. Does The 3D Lab™ provide decorations, paper goods, food, etc?
No, the party host must provide these items. Please arrive with whatever decorations, paper goods, utensils, and food/beverages you want at your party.  Food and beverage may not be served until the last half-hour of the party to avoid food at the workstations.  

Q. What is set-up and break-down time?
You may arrive no earlier than up to 25 minutes ahead of time, as we may be cleaning up from a previous party. After your party, you will have 15 minutes to clean up and exit.  

Q. Any recommendations on food and desserts?
It doesn't get any easier than Virami's Pizza, which is directly behind our building!  
For morning parties, try Main Street Bagel.
Don't want pizza? Consider Shop-Rite Catering. They make an amazing mac n cheese and you can never go wrong with a platter of chicken fingers! 
For yummy and affordable desserts, consider the Dutch Market (open Thursdays - Saturdays).

Schedule food to arrive for the last half-hour of your party. Food and drinks may not be served while guests remain at workstation.  No food and drinks may be kept at or near the workstations.

Q. Can I add extra time to my party?
Yes, additional print time may be added for $75 (30 minutes), subject to availability. Please request additional time in advance.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my party?
We do not offer refunds for cancelled parties. Rescheduling may be available in the event of severe weather.
