Book a truly unique and innovative birthday party at the 3D Lab!

We can host parties for up to 18 children ages 5-14+.
Ages 8+ may be dropped off and picked up.
​Ages 5-7 will require an adult helper to stay with them.

Most parties consist of 1 hour and 45 minutes of studio time, which includes time for food/cake.
Each guest will have their own creation station including a 3D-printer, 3D-pen, iPad, and tools.
Guests can make unlimited prints of their choice within the allotted party time.
Optional 3D party favors or 3D mini-bar can be added.

The guest of honor will get to choose the color of our LED lights and will receive a special bonus print.

PRICING
Pricing is a flat-fee of $415-$500 per party for 1-10 children.
Additional workstations used are $25 each. 
(This includes additional guests, siblings, parents, grandparents, etc.)

LIGHTS-OUT 3D PARTY
$425 for 1 hour, 45 minutes
For guests 8+, we turn the lights out and make unlimited prints to the glow of our neon & LED lights! 
This party is only available for evening bookings.

3D JEWELRY PARTY
​$450 for 1 hour, 45 minutes
Guests 8+ make 3D-printed jewelry in this package!
​Includes hypoallergenic earring stainless steel earring hooks and various necklace chain options. 
LITTLE PRINTERS PARTY
$415 for 1 hour, 45 minutes
Guests 5-7 make unlimited prints of choice from our huge catalog with the help of their parents.
3D CREATION PARTY
$500 for 2 hours
Guests 8+ make unlimited prints of their choice from our huge catalog AND get a chance to create and print their own design!

Q. What does the Lab look like?
We strive for a clean, playful, and modern vibe. Check out our GALLERY here.

Q. How does a party at The 3D Lab go?
Each party already includes time for food, cake, etc. When all (or most) of the party guests arrive, we'll give the guests a hands-on lesson for using the printer and the app. The kids will then get roughly one hour  to search the print catalog and make as many prints as time will allow.  While waiting for the printer, they can use their 3D pen to create anything they want. When there is a half-hour left of the party, guests will head to our party table for food/beverages/cake.    While guests are partying, we will begin to clean the workstations and leave a bag for each guest to put their creations in.  

Q. Do parents have to stay at the party?
The party host must remain on the premises. We encourage drop-off of guests age 8+. 
Ages 5-7 require an adult helper to stay and assist them.  
Please note this information on your party invitations.

Q. What if we have a family member who wants to sit and print at the party?
That's totally fine!  But any workstation being used beyond the first 10 guests must be paid for at $25 per station.  Additional guests, siblings, parents, grandparents, etc. who use a workstation must be paid for at the conclusion of your party.  

Q. Does the 3D Lab provide decorations, paper goods, food, etc?
No, the party host must provide these items. Please arrive with whatever decorations, paper goods, utensils, and food/beverages you want at your party. Due to the nature of the Lab, we recommend going easy on snacks to save time and reduce potentially messy fingers. Food and beverage should be held until the last half-hour of the party to avoid food at the workstations.  Remember to bring a lighter and candles for singing!

Q. Are there any fun add-ons?
Yes, you have the option to order a pre-made 3D favor for each party guest.  If you'd like to make a special favor request, please email Jessica.  You can also add a visit to Vic's 3D Mini Bar, where each party gets to choose their own mini creature for $5! 

Q. What is set-up and break-down time?
You will have approximately 20 minutes to set up -- but please try not to come any earlier than that. (A previous party may still be cleaning up.)  Following your party, you will have 15 minutes to clean up and say goodbye to guests. Please be mindful of this time limit, as another party is likely coming in after you.  If you remain in the Lab for a half-hour past your party time, you will be charged an additional $50 fee.

Q. Any recommendations on food and desserts?
It doesn't get any easier than Virami's Pizza, which is directly behind our building!  We also love Jack's Pizza on Main Street.  
For morning parties, try Main Street Bagel.
Don't want pizza? Consider Shop-Rite Catering. They make an amazing mac n cheese and you can never go wrong with a platter of chicken fingers! 
For yummy and affordable desserts, consider the Dutch Market (open Thursdays - Saturdays).

Schedule food to arrive for the last half-hour of your party.

Q. Can I add extra time to my party?
If you want extra time, please contact Jessica before booking on our website so we are sure we can properly accommodate your request. Each additional half-hour increment is a $50 charge.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my party?
If you need to cancel, let Jessica know as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds, your booking fee can be applied to a party at a later time.

Q. Is 3D printing safe?
Yes. We only use non-toxic, biodegradable PLA filament, which is fermented plant starch from corn, maize, sugarcane, or sugar beet pulp.
